Hello Sacred Beings,
I love this special time of year that is marked by many cultures as the time that we have special access to communicating with our departed ancestors.
I am reminded of all the times over the last 9 years that my known and unknown ancestors have come into my paintings. As I have ridden the waves of energy coming through the images and colors, much information has been given to me and I have felt a deeper felt-sense connection to all my lineage. I have had the sense that knots through the timelines were being untangled as I allowed the images, feelings, insights to come through. It has been incredibly intimate. I have had a sense that they really need me to be painting and witnessing and allowing.
It is as if painting frees them as much as it frees me as I enter that timeless zone of surrender to the process.
