a certified clinical herbalist & plant witch ready to help all beings find holistic balance. However, I am open to any and all people who need support.

I began my studies in plant medicine back in 2013 at Twin Star Herbal Education in CT. Since then I have moved to Asheville in order to continue pursuing plant medicine at the Blue Ridge School of Herbal Medicine. October 2016 I graduated BRSHM's Advanced Clinical program in order to officially become a clinical herbalist. I also study flower essences, and have my reiki level 1 certification (with intentions of exploring that further.) As an herbalist, my areas of focus/interest are mental health and trauma, sexual health, and holistic queer and trans health. I am looking to do low-cost and sliding scale work as well as bartering in order to get practice working with clients with herbs and/or flower essences. I am also a medicine maker. It’s been a while, self care is hard sometimes, but straight up: after using this lavender/frankincense sugar scrub, (+ a cuticle oil I made) i stg my hands have never been fu***ng softer. It’s like magic.

Here at the in , had a chance to meet the lovely folks with - incredible wine made with locally sourced fruits! Beyond their wine, they also work supporting kids with incarcerated parents and to raise awareness about the frequent injustice within our court system, as you’ll see in the last photo! They’re absolutely excellent and I highly recommend supporting this SC local business 💜

The soothing bath tea that helped heal me up 🩵 Last week I got hit with an awful allergic reaction - incredibly itchy, awful rash all over my body, I could hardly sleep because it was so uncomfortable and I was absolutely miserable 😭 the doctor really wasn’t much help so I had to figure out how to deal with it myself. When it comes to itchy rashes, my preference for care is soaking the affected area. So, my partner and I created this blend.

The bag of flowers is a combination of chamomile, calendula, chickweed, rose, & lavender, the other bag to the side is a combination of colloidal oats, baking soda, a bit of dried coconut milk powder, and Epsom salts. I made the tea, poured it into the bath along with the other ingredients, added a dash of lavender EO and laid in the bath for 20-30 minutes. After that, I felt so rejuvenated and relaxed I was able to immediately take a 3 hour long nap after barely sleeping for days. It truly was a life saver for me & my sanity!

If youre ever struggling with a flare up of eczema or another itchy skin condition, I highly recommend you get some herbs together and make a blend for yourself! If you don’t feel like making it but you’re interested in acquiring any, reach out! I made a batch with & without the coconut since I know many people are sensitive to it! I also did not add the EO to the dried mixes to be conscious of sensitivities there, as well.

I hope this helps someone out there! Let me know what you do when you have bad reactions, I’d love to see what other folks are doing to take care of themselves too!

My Story

A bit about me:

I’m a q***r femme plant witch, and began my study of plant medicine back in 2013 at Twin Star Herbal Education in Connecticut. Eventually I moved to Asheville and began studying at Blue Ridge School of Herbal Medicine, where I became a certified clinical herbalist. I also am a flower essence practitioner which contributes to the way I work with holistic healing, helping me to address the mind, body, spirit. I make and sell products, and I offer consultations. Consultations allow me to dig deeper into root causes, where I can then create a personalized herbal blend and protocol for you, making sure it’s as specific as possible. This allows us to begin a healing path that works from the bottom up, rather than just covering up symptoms. As an herbalist, I work with all kinds of people and ailments, though I do have a few areas of focus. I specialize in working with mental health issues, q***r health, and the urogenital system. However, I truly do love working with all kinds of people, and welcome all to approach me if you feel called to. If you have any questions, message me for any other information you are looking for!
