Asheville Counseling Center I have over 30 years experience providing mental health and substance abuse counseling for individuals, couples, and families.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, with more that 30 years experience. I have extensive training in several treatment modalities, including Family Systems, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, EFT Meridian Tapping, conflict resolution skills, relaxation and stress management.
