Alberta is currently looking for compassionate caregivers to open their home to an adult male with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities.

*a competitive daily reimbursement/pay to support the individual living in the home.

*must have an open bedroom and be willing to support/guide and monitor individual in their daily goals.

*experience caring for others is essential.

*this position is called AFL Provider (assisted family living)

*great job for couples or a single person.
(and If you have a sweet pet/s in the home, that's a bonus!)

*prefer Hendersonville or South Asheville area.

Residential staff from the Asheville office picked up gift baskets for their clients this week! The baskets were filled with snacks, summer supplies, and other goodies for the clients and families to enjoy.

In operation since 1994, we have offered mental health services for adults & children that include: services for individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities (I/DD), and severe and persistent mental illness (SPMI). Alberta is proud to be a CARF Accredited agency and the mission of Alberta Professional Services will always be to improve the independence & quality of life of all persons with intellectual-developmental disabilities.
