So happy to continue offering a space for women to come into their bodies, nourish their body, mind, baby connection and prepare their bodies for more ease in the birth process.

✨ We’ve been working on ✨

🫁 finding the full expanse of the breath and how that supports a mobile pelvic diaphragm (aka pelvic floor)

🦶opening and activating the feet to ignite the same in, you guessed it, the pelvic diaphragm (a mobile pelvic diaphragm is a necessity to prevent tearing and to set yourself up for an easier recovery)

🍑 turning on the glutes to promote healthy alignment for mama & baby and stability for the pelvis (let’s give baby the space for optimal positioning for a comfortable pregnancy and more easeful labor!)

💦 and more! all while holding lots of space for intuitive movement and tuning into what your body needs— where it’s asking for softening and opening and where it needs to feel its containment, activation and ability to meet challenge
