March Birth Cafés are here! ☕🤰

Birth Café is a free, welcoming community gathering for anyone who is preconception, pregnant, postpartum, or hoping to be. It’s a space to ask questions, share experiences, and connect with others navigating pregnancy, birth, and early parenthood here in the Rogue Valley.

Each gathering is informal and conversation-based. Sometimes we have guest speakers, sometimes we simply hold space for conversation and connection. Either way, you’ll leave with more resources, more community, and a reminder that you don’t have to navigate this season alone.

Whether you’re newly pregnant, preparing for birth, adjusting to postpartum life, or just curious about what support exists locally — you are welcome here.

This month’s conversation will be guided by Ellen Hufft of Beatha Doula Services, and held in the spirit of shared wisdom and gentle exploration.

not just what we eat, but how we are fed, held, and sustained through the seasons of preconception, pregnancy, and postpartum.

This month’s conversation will be gently guided by Ellen Hufft, life doula and founder of Beatha Doula Services.

Together, we’ll explore nourishment in its many forms:

✨ rest and rhythms
✨ emotional and relational support
✨ what truly fills our cups during times of transition
