Krista Holland, RYT 500, has been teaching yoga for over 20 years. Her classes weave together structural alignment, creative flow, deep core work, and mindfulness. Known for her wisdom and compassionate guidance, Krista invites students of all levels to explore yoga’s life-affirming power while honoring their own body’s innate wisdom.
Krista Holland teaches Prana Flow on Thursdays at 5:30PM in our Ashland, OR studio.
Prana Flow is a moving meditation designed to awaken body, mind, and spirit. Through invigorating sequences balanced with calming techniques, you’ll cultivate flexibility, strength, breath awareness, and mindfulness leaving class feeling centered and renewed.
