🌿 Yoga Basics
It’s an alignment-focused practice that teaches you how to move safely and intentionally. Expect to explore healthy posture, learn proper prop use, and build a deep connection to your body’s proprioception. You’ll also be introduced to foundational breathwork and meditation techniques.
This class has more vigor than Gentle Yoga, but a slower, steadier pace than Vinyasa, perfect for beginners, intermediates, and advanced students who want to refine their practice.
🔥 Vinyasa
In Vinyasa/Flow, you’ll move through a series of postures with the breath as your guide — a sort of moving meditation. The class increases cardiovascular and muscular strength, improves balance and proprioception, sharpens concentration, and supports better habitual posture.
The “Flow All” version is ideal for varied experience levels: it moves at a moderate pace with abundant options to modify or intensify based on your needs that day. The environment is inclusive, non-competitive, and supportive — suitable for yogis of different athleticism and experience.
🌀Prana Yoga
Prana is a moving meditation designed to awaken body, mind, and spirit. Expect invigorating sequences balanced with grounding breathwork and calming, meditative awareness. It’s the perfect way to greet the morning, leaving you feeling energized, centered, and deeply at peace.
All levels are welcome, with modifications offered throughout to support every practitioner.
