This transformative practice builds strength, resilience, courage, and trust in the self, supporting both physical vitality and mental clarity. The class concludes with a refreshing ice-cold towel treatment to balance the nervous system and support integration.

Space is limited. Pre-registration is encouraged. Please bring a towel and arrive well hydrated.
The studio will open 20 minutes before class. We encourage you to arrive early to acclimate to the studio temperature before we begin.
