Did you know that there are special sensory receptors in the a**s that tell your brain when stool enters the space causing the urge sensation? Once the brain receives this signal, we decide whether we want to postpone or empty. If the decision is to postpone, the stool leaves the a**s and returns to the colon where more fluid may be absorbed, contributing to more of a hard 💩 and constipation. Moral of the story, if Mother Nature calls, listen to her. If you want help managing constipation give us a call. **p

Join us at the Goof Garage 1 year anniversary party and show us your power! We will be having fun testing power and vertical jump and giving away some awesome prizes. Highest power numbers for male and female will each get a free TPI assessment with Pablo Gomez PT, TPI L2 and a custom golf exercise program. We will also be giving away other swag so stop by and introduce yourself and show us your power!

Did you know that one of the biggest factors in hitting the ball farther has been show to be vertical jump.

Happy Mother’s Day to all of amazing moms out there, especially our #1! She not only holds Move RX together but manages to be the best mom to these two beautiful boys showing them how to be independent, caring and compassionate. Not sure how she does it all but she does it with grace and ease.

Testing day for this player recovering from an ACL injury. Look at those quad gains in 8 weeks! Love having in the clinic to give us objective d data so we can make the best informed decisions on return to play and continued focus with rehab and strength training.

The Move RX family, especially Cruz, are excited to welcome our first patients to our new Phoenix location tomorrow! We are so pumped for this space and the way it turned out. We’ve got a great decorator on our team 🙌

Our goal with this space is to bring quality and individualized care to more of the Rogue Valley. You don’t need to be a golfer to see us here, but if you are then you really need to get in here and see what our TPI trained PT can do for you.

Lastly, thank all of you for the support we’ve received in our first two years in Ashland. We have been constantly amazed and overwhelmed with support and encouragement from our community in Ashland and we can’t wait to expand this to more of The Valley.
