You Can’t Keep A Good Woman Down!!
Everyone we’re so proud of patient Sherry Frye, who was delivered her first, right transtibial below knee (temporary) prosthetic leg today, as well as a new above knee prosthetic socket replacement for her left leg with grandmothers picture laminated on it.
Sherry is someone that I definitely admire! She’s been dealing with diabetes and infection for years. She’s went through infections, sickness, weight loss, weakness, and losing her left leg above the knee, as well as having to have her right leg below the knee amputated too. This sweet lady has not once given up!
She continuously says,” I want to walk.., there’s things I’ve got to get done around my home!”
She’s as tough as they come, and always shows she can move forward in life with grace and determination.
Sherry you are an amazing person and friend!!
We’re so thankful to be able to assist you with prosthetic limbs as you not only show our prosthetic staff, family members, and friends, but also all other amputees they can continue having a good quality of life after amputation.
