“The Rainbow Within: A Chakra Poem”

1. Root – Muladhara (Red)
I am grounded in the blood of the Earth,
Born of dust, of soil, of sacred worth.
Safe in my body, secure in my place,
I trust in the rhythm, I trust in God’s grace.
No longer in fear, I rise from the ground—
A tree with deep roots, unshaken, unbound.
2. Sacral – Svadhisthana (Orange)
I feel. I flow. I move like a stream,
My womb holds visions, my heart births dreams.
Pleasure is sacred, creation divine,
Emotions are messengers, and every tear is a sign.
I dance with desire, I honor my flame—
In passion and purpose, I cast off shame.
3. Solar Plexus – Manipura (Yellow)
I am the sun, a fire in my core,
Confident, radiant, I fear no more.
Power is peace when aligned with love,
Not from below—but from above.
I act with purpose, I shine, I lead—
I am enough. I am free. I succeed.
4. Heart – Anahata (Green)
I love without limits, I give and receive,
A holy exchange in which I believe.
Forgiveness unchains the ghosts of my past,
Compassion and truth are built to last.
With arms wide open, I learn to feel—
That love is the answer, and love is real.
5. Throat – Vishuddha (Blue)
I speak with truth, I sing my name,
I break the silence, release the shame.
My voice is sacred, my story gold,
In every word, my soul is told.
No more hiding, no more fear—
I speak, I sing, I’m crystal clear.
6. Third Eye – Ajna (Indigo)
I see beyond what eyes can know,
Visions and symbols gently flow.
Wisdom within me lights my way,
Intuition is truth that does not sway.
I see the path, I know what’s true—
I trust in Spirit to guide me through.
7. Crown – Sahasrara (Violet / White)
I am one with the stars, the sky, the All,
Beyond the veil, I hear the call.
Connection to Source, to God above—
A current of light, a waterfall of love.
I surrender, I bloom, I rise, I trust—
I am Divine. I am stardust.
