Pamela Lucinda Stanley
1953 - 2026
Cindy Stanley, 72, of Ashland, Kentucky, passed away Monday, March 30, at King's Daughters Medical Center following a sudden illness. Cindy was born July 28, 1953 in Ashland, Kentucky, a daughter of the late Robert and Maude Griffith Hall.
Cindy was a mother and grandmother that loved immensely. She was a woman of gentle strength, quiet kindness, and a heart that loved deeply. She was the kind of person who made everyone feel welcome the moment they walked through her door. Her home was a place of warmth, comfort, and unconditional love—a reflection of who she was. Those who knew Cindy will remember her as the sweetest soul—kind, gentle, and full of grace. She never spoke a harsh word and always put others before herself. Her love continues to live on in the lives she touched and the family she cherished so deeply. Cindy will be deeply missed and loved forever by her family and friends. We find comfort in knowing she is now reunited with her husband and son, embraced in eternal peace. God is good. She was preceded in death, in addition to her parents, by her husband, Wallace Stanley, a son; Wallace Ryan Stanley, and a brother; Leonard Hall, her in-laws Rupert and Faye Stanley, and brother-in-laws Randy Stanley and Steve Bates. Surviving includes her two sons; Darrell Stanley and wife Michelle, of Ashland, KY and Aaron Stanley and wife Tawnya, of Ashland, KY. Wallace Ryan Stanley
1982 – 2026
Ryan Stanley, 44, of Ashland, Kentucky, passed away Saturday, February 28th at home. Ryan was born January 1, 1982 in Ashland, Kentucky, a son of Pamela ‘Cindy’ Hall Stanley and the late Wallace Raymond Stanley. Ryan had an engineer mind that allowed him to work in many different trades from his early years of learning construction and heavy equipment operation from his father to learned electrician and plumbing work, to self taught mechanics and machinist where he built and created what people needed and what intrigued him. Through the years he worked for CW Electric as a mechanic and electrician, for National Concrete and Construction, Smith & Son Plumbing, and self employment as a machinist, contractor, and heavy equipment operator. He was brilliant in so many ways. If there was a problem he could figure it out and fix it. His most important job was being a father, which he strived to be his best at. He loved his children beyond measure and longed to spend all the time he could with them. The love they shared was special. He loved his family and helping others, as well as teaching people how to create or fix things. He was a kind man, that loved without limits, worked very hard, was a good provider, and a caring man that worked hard to do good and take care of others. His heart was full of love and care, and he always wanted to make sure that everyone was alright. Ryan is survived, by his daughter; Laynee Stanley, his two sons; Mason and Max Stanley, two brothers; Darrell Stanley and wife Michelle, Aaron Stanley and wife Tawnya, his nephews Isaac and Talon Stanley, Dustin Stevens and wife Tessa, and niece Keyleigh Stanley, a great niece Ayalla Stevens and great nephew Asher Stevens. He will be greatly missed and forever loved by all of his family and friends. Ryan’s celebration of life will be held on Sunday, April 12, 2026 from 2:00 a 3:00 p.m. at PRESTON FAMILY FUNERAL HOME.
