💜At our Memory Care community, our team is the heart of everything we do. Each month, we want to take time to highlight our amazing employees and the incredible care they provide every day.
This December, we’re proud to shine our Employee Spotlight on Ryan Fish, one of our talented cooks here in the kitchen.
Ryan was born in Port Angeles, Washington, and has lived in several states throughout his life, including Texas and New Mexico, before making his home in Medford. He shared that while most of his family still lives in Washington, he’s grateful to have his mom and sister close by here in Medford.
Ryan’s passion for cooking began early on. “When I was 15, my mom was an administrator at a memory care community,” he explained. “I got put into the kitchen as a prep cook and dishwasher, and I’ve followed that line of work ever since.” That early start sparked a lifelong love for preparing meals that bring comfort and joy to others, something that truly shines through in his work every day.
When he’s not in the kitchen, Ryan enjoys baking, working on cars, and taking them out for a drive. His creativity, dedication, and easygoing spirit make him an invaluable part of our team.
We’re so grateful for everything Ryan brings to our community, from his skill in the kitchen to his caring heart. Thank you, Ryan, for all that you do!✨
