💜At our Memory Care community, our team is the heart of everything we do. Each month, we want to take time to highlight our amazing employees and the incredible care they provide every day.
Meet Sky — Born and raised in Medford, Oregon, Sky has lived across the valley and even spent time in Colorado, California, and Washington before returning home to Oregon. Sky is the proud mom of her 7-year-old daughter, Mika. Her journey into Memory Care began at a young age. “I helped care for my grandma when I was younger and later my mom. Thanks to them, I learned so much about caregiving and medical training before I ever became a caregiver professionally.” Sky shares. Her compassion and dedication shine through in everything she does, and it’s clear that caring for others isn’t just her job, it’s her calling. Outside of work, Sky enjoys hiking, reading, and spending time in nature. Being outdoors helps her stay grounded and creative, especially as a mom. Her joyful spirit and dedication make her a bright light in our community. We’re so grateful to have Sky on our team! Her kindness, positivity, and caring heart truly make a difference each day at The Village at Valley View.
