Digestion & Balance 🔥

Ever get that “food coma” feeling after a meal — where your energy suddenly dips or you feel bloated and sluggish? And would just love a nap? 😴
That’s often your body’s way of saying something isn’t in rhythm.

Healthy digestion isn’t just about what we eat — it’s about how well our body can break it down, absorb nutrients, and keep things moving. Two key players in that process are stomach acid and bile.

💧 Hydrochloric acid (HCl) helps break down proteins and supports nutrient absorption. As we age, acid levels naturally decrease, which can lead to slow digestion or that heavy, overly full feeling after meals.
