We are entering a new year cycle in the Chinese Zodiac. The coming Fire Horse year will be quick paced and expansive, a year filled with intensity, transformation and bold action. We will be galloping towards our goals with passionate energy. It will be an auspicious time to make life changes and launch new projects. Horses are considered sensitive & warm; symbolizing adventure, vigor and freedom.
The Yang energy of the Fire Horse may feel unsettled and restless unless we balance it with nourishing Yin activities to avoid burnout. Be sure to pace yourself and be mindful of overextending; find time for stillness and quiet reflection.
