What: The Nurturing Fathers Program is an evidence-based, 13-week training course designed to teach parenting and nurturing skills to men. Each 2-hour class provides proven, effective skills for healthy family relationships and child development.

We're inviting all interested families to join us for the next Preschool/K12 Alignment Summit as part of Southern Oregon Success' work to meet the shared goal of having every child enter Kindergarten ready to thrive.

This Summit will focus on three main topics:
1. Addressing barriers faced by families with children with disabilities;
2. An early preview of the Oregon Department of Education's new Kindergarten Assessment that is in development;
3. And the expansion of Professional Learning Teams of Early Childhood Educators and Kindergarten teachers in our region to share best practices, understand each other's work, and align our efforts to make the transition into Kindergarten a success for every child, every family and every school.

The Summit will again be on Zoom, with simultaneous interpretation in Spanish available. The Zoom link will be sent out to participants prior to the date.
