Join Janet Langley and Rogue Valley Yoga for a back bending, chest opening mini retreat in Ashland, Oregon. The first class will be a methodical approach/study of these amazing asanas, the second will be restorative backbends for you to personalize for your home practice.

How you approach backbends is the key to a healthy back, and this workshop is more about learning how to approach them, practicing some (of course) and adding restorative backbends to your home practice to pre-empt those strains and pains from daily life activities.
