Our Bio-Spun materials induce tissue integration, reduce foreign body reaction, are structurally versatile and can locally deliver drug(s). BioSurfaces, LLC seeks to improve the quality of medical care by augmenting existing and emerging medical approaches with our cutting-edge nanotechnology. The use of yesterday’s technology in today’s medical devices causes unacceptable complication rates and fatalities. The direct implementation of our nanotechnology allows us to deliver innovative solutions that show significant improvements over industry standards. We believe that our solutions are the future of biomedical devices, and will dramatically improve patients’ quality of care upon their use.

As we close in on the end of the year, Matt shares an inside look at how far our small-but-mighty team has come — from strengthening our investor messaging to seeing global growth in our Bio-Spun™ IVRT product line.

2024 began with uncertainty, but 2025 has far exceeded expectations. We’ve:
🔹 Expanded our customer base and global distribution
🔹 Seen strong validation of our Bio-Spun™ scaffolds across new tissue models
🔹 Continued to innovate in cell therapy, medical devices, and internal technologies
🔹 Restarted key programs including our NuSpun™ Vascular Graft and Bio-Spun™ Fistula Plug

There’s nothing better than seeing years of hard work start turning into real traction — and we're heading into 2026 with momentum and optimism.
