Here's a great 'nutshell' video describing what IFS is by it's founder, Richard Schwartz

IFS is a conceptual framework and practice for developing love for ourselves and each other

Here is a little interview with Frank Anderson MD about what IFS therapy is. It's a nice, chill introduction.

Hello Folks! I have a few changes to update everyone on. I am now taking Oregon Health Plan insurance (yay!). Additionally, I am now offering video/distance counseling.

Working more and more with the IFS model I am learning that 60 - 90 minute sessions are ideal over the typical 50 min session. I have increased my session time but kept the same price of $130 per hour and am offering 90 min sessions for $185. Many insurance plans will reimburse for these longer session times, including OHP.

“I’d always assumed that if I ever returned to that place, that island where I’d been shipwrecked, I would never escape; I’d be dragged down and destroyed. And yet, irony of ironies, what awaited me on that island was not my destruction but nearly the opposite: my salvation.” Junot Díaz

Hello All! I have finally finished (well, good enough for now) my website! I hope you take a few minutes to have a good look. I love her.
It was a really satisfying process to explore, refine and get clear on who I am professionally, what it is that I do, and how much I love this work. I will always be refining and adding, including the addition of a blog. This is my labor of love for those who are trying to find the right person to help them.
