HOTLINE for Coronavirus Testing Information
NMPHC has set up a hotline at 662-471-9500 that patients can call during normal business hours 8:30AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday to get information about being tested for COVID-19. Staff will ask you a series of questions to determine if testing is right for your situation. In general, NMPHC is testing patients who:
• Have been exposed to a laboratory-confirmed COVID-19 patient
• Have symptoms such as cough and fever AND have travelled in the 14 days prior to getting sick
• Have symptoms such as cough and fever who are in at-risk categories above.
