🧘‍♀️ Two Yoga Pop-Ups Tomorrow with Deb!

Start your Saturday feeling refreshed and restored with Morning Yoga at 8:15am — the perfect flow to wake up the body, improve mobility, and ease into the weekend.

Then clear the mats and make room for the bros… BROGA starts at 9:15am! A slow-paced, beginner-friendly class designed for tight muscles, limited mobility, and anyone new to yoga.

Try one or try both — and let us know what you think! We’re hoping to offer Broga regularly on Saturdays in the future.

A quick reminder that the YMCA will be closed on Thursday, but don’t worry… we’ve got the perfect way to shake off the turkey and stuffing on Friday! 🦃🔥

🔥 Our Weekend Pop-Ups Were Poppin’!🔥

We kicked things off Friday night when Ernie crashed the School FFA Lock-In and taught self-defense tactics to nearly 100 students—what an incredible way to empower our youth! 👏

Then Saturday morning, our members got their own dose of confidence and awareness with Self-Defense 101, preceded by a calming reset as Deb led a rejuvenating Morning Yoga popup for our Yogi crew. 🧘‍♂️✨

There’s truly something for everyone here at the YMCA.
