BAT bugs not bed bugs
Plunkett’s Pest Control was here in the Beaser library this morning inspecting for any kind of bug infestation. No bugs or evidence of bugs were found. Chairs, tables, electric outlets, carpets and books were all closely examined and nothing was found. Plunkett’s then closely examined the specimen found last Thursday and determined it was a bat bug, not a bed bug. Bat bugs are carried by bats. This is an old building and we have had a handful of incidents of bats flying in the library during open hours. The remedy is to remove all bats from the building and then exterminate any remaining bugs from the bat nesting area.

Sunday was a wonderful day at the expo in Cable! Thank you to all who came out! Thanks again Michelle for hosting, I look forward to doing it again. I sold most of my feather wands, it was really cool to see people make their connection with their fan. 🙏🏼🙌🏽🪶 To those who inquired about my healing practice, thank you, I hope to be able to provide services at a future event, and you can contact me for 1/1 sessions in Ashland any time!
