With multi-level benches and room to stretch out comfortably, this spacious indoor sauna can fit up to six individuals. The Heater is a havarna hot rock system and can be plugged into 220, it can be preset up to 12 hours in advance. This sauna is designed as a free-standing sauna and will utilize your existing floor as the interior floor of the sauna. Suitable existing flooring includes concrete, ceramic, vinyl, laminate, tile, or other solid floors. Regular traditional sauna use has been linked to several health benefits including improved blood circulation and muscle and joint pain relief.

Join Calvin Livingston of Lean In Breathwork for a unique guided meditation that blends the healing power of sound, voice, and vibration to help you disconnect from the outside world and journey inward.

This one-hour experience begins with a deeply grounding meditation, guiding you into presence through your breath. You’ll then be taken on an immersive sound journey designed to relax your nervous system, awaken your energy, and carry you beyond the noise of the mind.

As you begin to dissolve into stillness, Calvin will guide you through two rounds of diaphragmatic activating breathwork—30 rapid breaths in and out through the mouth—followed by a short breath hold and energetic squeeze to awaken your inner fire. Then, you’ll drop back into deep stillness, allowing your body to integrate, reset, and melt.
