Hi everyone! We hope your October and Fall festivities are going well!

We are sorry to announce that the instructors of Ashland Yoga Co-Op have decided to take a break from teaching weekly yoga classes at the Hanover Arts & Activity Center. We found that, between instructor and actual space availability, we were having to adjust the weekly schedule, well, pretty much every week. We understand this has caused some confusion! So we decided to take a break for now, as we are in the process of working with the HAAC to schedule events. We will inform you here and via email when yoga events will be held at Hanover Arts & Activity Center!

For now! Please join Sarah with Hanover Yoga & Wellness on Halloween (Friday, Oct. 31) from 10:30-11:30am for Friday morning Gentle Yoga + Sound Meditation.
