This week, we celebrate our amazing Activity Department during National Activity Professionals Week.

We cannot thank them enough for all they do for our residents each and every day - the smiles they spark when it’s needed most, and the bright, fun ideas that keep everyone engaged. Their work never goes unnoticed, and the compassion, joy, and connection they bring reach far beyond the four walls of our building. Thank you for all that you do!

Huge congratulations to Rhyanne on recently becoming a LPN! 👏

Rhyanne has been an important part of our team as a casual CNA while working toward her RN license. Her dedication, compassion, and commitment to patient care truly shines through in everything she does. We are incredibly proud of her hard work and we can’t wait to see all the amazing things she will continue to accomplish in her nursing journey.

Court Manor residents, staff, families, and friends would like to extend a huge congratulations to Heidi Austin, our Business Office Manager. Heidi has accepted a new and well-deserved promotion to the role of Director of Revenue Cycle for North Shore Health.

While we are sad to see her go, we are incredibly proud of Heidi and deeply grateful for the dedication, leadership, and care she has shown to Court Manor over the past 20 years. She has made a lasting and meaningful impact on our community, and she will truly be missed.

Heidi is pictured with her father, who retired from working in maintenance at Court Manor. She will be leaving our building toward the end of February. Please join us in congratulating her and wishing her continued success in this next chapter of her career.

Happy New Year from Court Manor! We want to give a HUGE thanks to Lakeview Dental for sponsoring our wonderful party. Residents enjoyed a buffet of yummy food and bubbly drinks, shared memories from the past year, and welcomed in the new year reflecting on resolutions! 🎉🥂🍾

We've had many special visitors recently! Thank you so much to the Ashland Cub Scouts Pack 331 and Santa's elves for stopping in. The elves delivered goody bags, and the Cub Scouts worked hard to make cards for all of the residents. It means so much to residents and staff to have community members take the time to visit, especially around the holidays.
