Train Strong Fit is a motivating, high energy fitness studio offering Personal Training & small group classes with a mix of weight training, HIIT, cardio, & more! Our clients love our challenging fun workouts that bring them the results they want! They are stronger, healthier, happier and love they way they feel. Our trainers are all certified and help members maximize their efforts in the gym with positive coaching, educating on proper form and accountability! Hello TSF friends!

We're approaching that time of year where the holidays will have us attending gatherings and parties all centered around FOOD & Drink! It's true, that's just how the world celebrates. I won't lie, I love the holiday season, but for many people it can become a very stressful time. Especially if they are concerned about their health and trying to avoid weight gain. It's hard when the days are shorter and there is not as much outdoor activity time to keep us active and moving!

TSF has the solution for you - to help you prepare now for the holidays and winter time!

For the first time in years, we are offering a fall program that combines our TSF small group personal training program AND a proven nutrition education program you can follow for life! This is NOT a diet program, it's a sustainable lifestyle that you can share with your whole family. There is NO deprivation, NO counting calories or macros, NO timed meals or starvation. Instead, say YES to resetting your metabolism, YES to shedding inches, YES to improving energy and YES to a stronger, healthier you! Using our easy to follow online PFC3 Nutrition program that teaches you this approach over 28 days (with the option to continue for 100 days for optimal success!) and it's based on science of the body! There is a healthy food quide provided, an entire recipe book included, on-the-go snack ideas and all the tools you need to take control of your nutrition, health and mindset to become the best, healthiest version of you! Each week we will feature new recipes for breakfast, mid-meal fueling, lunch and dinner!

In addition to the 28 days of Small Group Classes, 28 days of our Nutrition Program - FOR THE FIRST TIME EVER - we are offering live weekly nutrition coaching to fully support you! We will have our first call the night before we start the 28 days (11/2) and then each week on Wednesday night at 8:00 PM we will meet online as a group and go over the lessons for that week, discuss strategies, tips and tricks and answer any questions you have about the program! We can all share experiences, feedback and victories together! (Don't worry, if you can't attend live, they'll be recorded so you can watch them anytime!

Our TSF Small Group Training Class Schedule is as follows:
5:30 am, 6:45 am. 9:00 am & 4:30 pm Monday - Friday. **
Low Impact Training Class - 10:15 am on Mon/Wed/Fri
** We're considering adding the option of a 5:45 pm class (M-Th) to our schedule. Let us know if you would be interested in that class time. **
