Coach Steph here and you've probably heard me talk a little about blood flow, nitric oxide production and a new supplement that I've added to my personal regimen for the past 6 months! The benefits I've experienced are pretty phenomenal with less fatigue and increased energy and mental clarity. Now, I'm ready to share the experience with you with a fun challenge just in time for spring!

Lately, I’ve been thinking a lot about what actually moves the needle when it comes to health. After decades in the fitness space, here’s what I’ve learned: Most people don’t have a complicated health problem. They have inconsistent basics.

Over the last few years, I’ve noticed something about my clients who are really crushing their health. The ones who feel better aren’t doing more — they’re doing the basics consistently.

💥 Last week our members finished up an 8 week strength program designed for overall muscle growth (hypertrophy) with a goal of hitting new PR's in specific moves. 💪 It was a powerful program and they CRUSHED IT with new 3 and 1 rep maxes that were significant increases from when they started! 🏆

❓️WHY is that important❓️As we age, it's critical to continue to develop bone and muscle mass. Every single person starts to lose bone and muscle mass after the age of 30. That translates to a loss of ability to do even basic functional life movements, like running and jumping and picking up heavy things and playing with our kids and grandkids. It can mean the difference between living with independence or the need for assistance.

Keeping your body strong is not just about being strong, it's about having a good quality of life as we go through it.

So, maybe you have never even done strength training or attempted to get a new PR in deadlifts, squats or bench press? The benefits of this type of exercise are 💯 proven for anti-aging and longevity of life! Maybe it's time to give it a try and see how much better and more confident you'll feel in a stronger body!
