💥 Last week our members finished up an 8 week strength program designed for overall muscle growth (hypertrophy) with a goal of hitting new PR's in specific moves. 💪 It was a powerful program and they CRUSHED IT with new 3 and 1 rep maxes that were significant increases from when they started! 🏆
❓️WHY is that important❓️As we age, it's critical to continue to develop bone and muscle mass. Every single person starts to lose bone and muscle mass after the age of 30. That translates to a loss of ability to do even basic functional life movements, like running and jumping and picking up heavy things and playing with our kids and grandkids. It can mean the difference between living with independence or the need for assistance.
Keeping your body strong is not just about being strong, it's about having a good quality of life as we go through it.
