The Metroparks is excited to announce the return of Senior Walks with Naturalist Breanna! (Catchy name to be determined). These will be on paved trails throughout the parks, each about a mile in length, with a focus on building community and taking it slow. All ages are welcome despite the name.

The first senior walk will be at the Harpersfield Covered Bridge Metropark on May 5th from 10am to 11am. We will meet in the southern parking lot and start walking the boardwalk trail.

🌳 PLANT 250 🌳JOIN US as we plant Ohio native Buckeye trees across Ashtabula County in honor of the 250th Anniversary of the Declaration of Independence!
Celebrate Arbor Day by planting Ohio’s state tree and helping grow a living legacy for future generations.
ALL VOLUNTEERS ARE WELCOME! Ashtabula Metroparks will verify volunteer service hours for your organization.

Trail Closed! The Greenway trail from Woodman Ave. to the Rt. 84 tunnel will be temporarily closed while we work on maintenance of the trail. After this section is completed we will head north. We will update the closure area as we move forward with the project.
