Stress !
I was under time-stress last week… traveling … conference, airports etc…you know?… gotta go, gotta go…

Sorry I had to reschedule clients yesterday & today, I got a cold!

So I placed my phototherapy patch X39 on my chest and finally my sinuses are draining !!
What a relief… also drinking:
Raw chopped Garlic tea with a pinch of oregano, steeped for a while, strained and added 1 tbs of honey and 1/2 lemon… also
Applied my Biomat infrared heat on my chest, and frequencies therapy for lung, cold, immune, sinus with MyMat, resting drinking water lemon and I’m enjoying my recuperation time this weekend.
So next week i’ll be back again ready to give you all a good relaxing massage.

As you know,
having a cold is a recalibrating time!
