There were 9 of us in the 5K (3.1 miles)run this morning from our fitness group. It was so much fun. I have never done anything like this before. I was always too heavy and out of shape. Now that I have been losing weight, swimming regularly, and eating healthier I was determined that I was not going to come in anything past fifth place. I was so excited when I came in first place! I was able to keep a steady jog or fast walk for 59 minutes and 59 seconds! I am so proud of everyone that finished. My two sisters are on this journey with me and were able to complete the race as well.

Hello friends, clients, and family members. It’s great to be back in Ohio. I had a wonderful time in Kauai and Las Vegas. I have just updated my website and I am offering the Lomi Lomi Hawaiian Massage for $140 for 105 minutes. It is like a beautiful dance on your body. The massage is very smooth, relaxing, therapeutic, along with stretching and working all those deep muscles. This is very beneficial to those that are stiff and have achy joints.
I am also offering lymphatic drainage for those that have either had surgery or have areas of the body that keep filling up with fluid. A 60 minute is $70. This is a very very slow technique, but it works very well in removing the fluid. I will resume work full time next week.
my other therapist, Lauren Treiber, is also taking clients on a regular basis. She works Monday through Saturday 9AM to 7PM so those of you that like Mondays or early appointments can book your massages on line with Lauren. She is doing a wonderful job with her clients. Many are repeat customers and very happy with her work. Don’t forget you can also book a couples massage now that there are two of us.
