We are staring a new yoga session tonight.

Tuesdays 6-7:00
8 week session
On zoom
Not a beginner class.
A level 1+

We use essential oils before class and at the end.
If you have them, great.
If not, it doesn’t matter.

Tuesday’s 6:00pm - 7:00pm.
The class is an 8 week session. We just started a new session so I’d pro rate the price for you.

It’s not a beginner class - probably a level 1 1/2 but very doable.

So great to stretch out at the end of the day and do something just for YOU- and it’s from the comfort of your own home. Stretch tight muscles and strengthen weak ones.

I use essential oils in the beginning and end of class. You can use them if you have them or not 😊.
I can help you get some that are top grade.
We also do a short meditation before savasana at the end.
