Balance is hard to come by, and Sarah Love and Aaron King have collaborated to serve an intentional blend of offerings for the mind, body, and soul to help students cultivate the tools needed to implement more balance in their everyday lives.

In this 3 hour workshop, you can expect 90 minutes of yoga, meditation and breath work, 45 minutes of in-depth teachings on the effectiveness of utilizing proper diet, lifestyle and exercise to maintain balance, & 45 minutes of energetics and the power of the soul, mind, and body. You will leave this workshop feeling deep clarity on how to live and breathe balance both on and off of your mat.
