This gentleman was contemplating a change and maybe even retirement. He decided on a new smile instead. Symmetry in his smile and ideal tooth position based on The Algo gave him a more youthful, symmetrical look. It might have been a coincidence but after this new smile he closed the biggest deals of his illustrious career. Maybe it was the inviting energy of a great smile, maybe it was increased confidence. Either way, he is elated.

This hospital exec traveled for a couple of hours in search of the smile of her dreams. Her lack of tooth display was due to a skeletal issue known as an impacted and retrognathic maxilla, which means her upper jaw was too far up and back causing her smile to show less tooth volume and less lip support than ideal.

We designed a new smile to correct that deficiency by making her teeth longer and building them out for more tooth support. Now she shows a more attractive and youthful amount of tooth display that is in harmony with her lower lip, vs the reverse smile line she had previously. She loves her new smile which gives her renewed confidence every day.

This Manhattan, Aspen and Palm Beach based patient had her mouth restored multiple times in her life. She was left with daily headaches and a feeling that her bite was not correct. She has been headache free since we made her a mouth guard called an orthotic. And now while improving her smile we gave her a bite that also keeps her headache free - no orthotic needed. This mid-50’s woman was looking for a refresh of her smile after years of grinding, wear, and mismatched dentistry. After a little Invisalign to put her teeth in a position to be minimally invasive, we restored her upper arch to a youthful smile that supports the lips and the face. She was blown away by her new smile, and loves that it is both natural AND beautiful. Veneers and crowns do not have to look like chiclets.

With the goal of staying healthy for many years to come, and better sleep for himself and his wife, this health conscious founder came to us ready to improve his life. He arrived well aware of the fact that untreated sleep apnea is estimated to shorten one’s lifespan by 7-10 years.

With a history of having had double jaw surgery 25 years ago without an ideal result, and 2 full mouth reconstructions trying to find a bite that felt comfortable, he had tried it all before. So we discussed his options ranging from idealizing his bite, esthetics, and airway by redoing his previous jaw surgeries and reconstructions OR focusing on just his sleep apnea with a nighttime appliance to improve his airway while sleeping. He decided to skip the jaw surgery and have a full mouth reconstruction to idealize his youthful display, bite and smile.

Using our Ageless Smile Algorithm we designed a smile that was much more natural in tooth color and translucency, had a youthful amount of tooth display, and supported his lips for more fullness. Given his long history he had concerns about getting the bite right, as it had alway been a problem. But in the end he said he had no idea a bite could feel so great! And to his and his wife’s amazement, his snoring stopped as well, even before we made him his nighttime appliance. Now he has a more youthful and more natural appearance, and he saved years of his life by improving his sleep apnea - A truly Ageless Smile.
