IMMUME BUILDING CHAI

Immune-Building Chai

2 tbsp dried ginger root

2 tbsp dried orange peel

1 tbsp cinnamon chips

1 tsp peppercorns

½ tsp cardamom (or 2 pods)

¼ tsp cloves

10–20 g astragalus

6–9 g reishi

1½ quarts water

Simmer for 1 hour. Strain. Add milk + honey if desired. ☕
