We are incredibly proud to share the extraordinary achievement of our beloved LWL alumna, ๐Ÿคฉ

She has been honored with the Key to the City of New York, accepted on behalf of her nonprofit alongside her CEO , also a Lead With Love alumna, and co-creator of the system they work within as part of the NYC Crisis Management System.

As a community, we want to pause and truly honor what this moment represents. It is the visible recognition of years of dedication, integrity, and tireless work. It reminds us that small, consistent, heart-led actions do matter, and that the seeds planted with love and responsibility do, in time, take root. ๐ŸŒฑ

Kheperah has walked alongside us through several Lead With Love retreats, including the most recent one at , and has been with us in Italy as well. In every one of these shared spaces, she has consistently shown extraordinary human depth, leadership, and generosity of spirit. Time and again, she has ended up giving far more than we could ever hope to offer her, through her presence, her wisdom, and the way she uplifts everyone around her.

Today, we celebrate not only this remarkable milestone, but the woman and the work behind it. ๐Ÿ’– May Kheperahโ€™s journey continue to inspire all of us to lead with love, to honor the unseen efforts, and to stand in service of those who are most vulnerable.

Another year ๐‹๐ž๐š๐๐ข๐ง๐  ๐–๐ข๐ญ๐ก ๐‹๐จ๐ฏ๐ž ๐Ÿ’–

A year of circles and conversations, of movement and stillness, of showing up for one another again and again. โœจ

From our Retreat at to our monthly gatherings for caregivers in partnership with & , from Wild Yoga at to the Aspen Ideas Festival , from our participation to the to our Yoga & Bike Retreat in the hills of Tuscany with (and so much more!!!) each moment has been a reminder of why we do this. ๐Ÿ˜

It is a privilege to be in service of people. And truthfully, every time, we receive far more than we give. We receive trust, presence, courage, and the quiet magic that happens when hearts meet. ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿป

As we get close to the end of the year, we do so with ๐๐ž๐ž๐ฉ ๐ ๐ซ๐š๐ญ๐ข๐ญ๐ฎ๐๐ž for every hand held, every story shared, every breath taken together. May the year ahead bring even more connection, more courage, more healing! And may the ripple effect of love continue to travel far beyond what we can see. ๐Ÿ’•

Our Story

Lead With Love exists to shift culture from fear to love.

We are witnessing and feeling the effects of separation and fear in our culture: Violence, racism, sexism, rampant depression, anxiety, stress, su***de, and drug and alcohol abuse. We are seeing bullying and bigotry and blame as a way of being. All of this is breaking our hearts.

WE BELIEVE IN BEING THE CHANGEโ€ฆ

At Lead With Love, we have spent the last three years focusing on improving wellbeing for our community. Weโ€™ve piloted and implemented over 20 programs under the name โ€œProject Wellbeingโ€ affecting hundreds of people with our partners at Pitkin County, City of Aspen, Aspen Valley Hospital and Aspen Community School. We are proud of our work and we will soon expand this service work locally and globally.
