Bodywork & Spa~
Bodywork encompasses a large set of modalities for health and overall wellness using touch as the method of application. Nourishing skin products applied for bodywork and spa services are organic or of food grade quality to truly support wellness. Wellness massage is offered at Sacred Earth Therapeutics for relaxation and to promote general wellbeing. Therapeutic massage is offered when a bit more is required to relieve pain, tension, discomfort, or something of focus for your appointment or plan of treatment. Neuromuscular therapy/trigger point techniques, Myofascial work, hot/cold applications, and Deep Tissue massage are part of a therapeutic massage session. Spa Services include Hot and Cold stone therapy, aromatherapy, Sea Salt or Himalayan Salt Polishes, Sugar Scrubs, Specialty Clay Packs, and seasonal applications for the Body (Mind & Spirit too). All are available as mini add-ons to current services and will add a bit of time to your appointment (15-30 minutes)
Reflexology~
Reflexology is really a form of energy work performed most commonly on the feet and hands. It is applied in a way that feels like a very deep, specific massage and affects the energy of the entire body while also relaxing the areas being worked on. It's very effective for systemic concerns, general relaxation, pain relief, and balancing the body as a whole. Reiki & Energy Work~
Reiki is a form of therapy that uses simple hands-on, no-touch, and visualization techniques, with the goal of improving the flow of life energy. It has it’s roots in Oriental medicine and is not a religion but a healing modality. Energy work is a general term for many types of modalities that tap into the life energy that is within us and all around us to improve wellbeing, promote natural healing, and enhance awareness of self and our interconnectedness. Results vary from simply feeling relaxed and the lifting of daily stress to powerful life changing experiences and deep physical-emotional-spiritual healing. Earth Medicine~
"Earth Medicine" is an eclectic approach to healing work where science meets folklore and 'superstition' - As your guide through your very personal healing transformation - I create that opportunity utilizing gifts of healing work gathered during 33+ years of experience- sound therapy, vibrational energy therapy, dowsing, aromatherapy, dreamwork, animal and spirit guides, crystal healing work and more.
