New to yoga? Wanting to learn modifications? Come join us this Saturday at 9am for a hybrid yoga class where Robin will guide you through using the wall as support! There are so many ways to modify yoga poses to better suit where you are in your practice, we will also go over a few household items you can use as props!

Megan and Robin will guide you through a mix of seated, standing, and supported poses, closing with peaceful stretches and meditation to leave you centered and refreshed.
