✨ Position Details
Pay: $17–$19/hr (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: 100 Springbrooke Blvd, Ste 125, Aston, PA 19014

📋 What You’ll Do
Coordinate staffing needs & assign clients to caregivers
Use scheduling software to manage shifts
Communicate updates with caregivers, managers, and clients
Support hiring, training & onboarding new team members

💡 What We’re Looking For
High school diploma or equivalent
1+ year customer service experience (required)
Home Care or scheduling experience (preferred)
Strong multitasking & organizational skills
Excellent communication & people skills
