Join Dixie this Saturday at 10:30am for part 1 of Fundamentals of Vinyasa Yoga! We will go over healthy alignment for common yoga forms and how to maintain a strong practice that works best for your body. If you have questions about power yoga, have been experiencing soreness or joint pain after classes, or would like to know more about modifications for a sustainable practice, this is the event for you! Join Dixie for a 4-part series in the new year! Workshops will take place on the second Saturday of each month from January-April. We will focus on alignment, breaking down common Vinyasa postures, and working with breath.

Workshop Series includes:
Part 1 - Awakening: Alignment, Breath, and Chaturanga
Part 2 - Vitality: Warrior Series and Twists
Part 3 - Equanimity: Balancing
Part 4 - Release: Backbends and Hip Openers

$40 for each part or $120 for the entire series.
