Coastal Family Health Center in Astoria is a community health center that serves you and your family by providing comprehensive health care services. Our clinic is a leader in providing high-quality, culturally appropriate care, regardless of your ability to pay. We work with our patients to improve overall health outcomes. Most insurance plans are accepted. Medicaid and Medicare are also accepted. Coastal Family Health Center offers quality family medicine for your whole family from the youngest to the oldest. Pediatric and adolescent health care, as well as health care for adults, is available. We offer school, sports, work and CDL physicals for your convenience. We have on-site medical laboratory, registered dietitians and patient benefits coordinators to add to the convenience of your family's care. Also, we offer discount pharmacy services, plus referrals for dental, mental health, substance abuse and specialized care. We have expanded our Reach Out and Read program! Families with newborns through age 5 months will receive children’s books at well-child checkups. Families will continue to receive books at the 6 months through 5 years well-visits too. In the past year our clinics provided over 19,000 books to families at well-child visits. Starting with these first visits helps us support families to use books to bond with their babies and support language development from the very start!
