• Niacinamide 4–5% (for redness, barrier, and glow)

• Expensive cleansers (it washes off in 10 seconds)
• Toners and mists that are just scented water
• “Pore shrinking” or “skin tightening” creams — marketing more than medicine
• 5-step hydrating routines if you already get filler or moisturize well

✔️ Strategic filler placement can restore balance and structure but too much can distort facial proportions.
✔️ Sometimes, biostimulators, threads, or skin treatments are more effective (or longer-lasting).
✔️ The right filler plan should enhance your natural features, not change them.
