I like the internet as a medium I don't like that it gives you
"text neck"

Please stop right now and hold your phone up to eye level.
As a general practice the phone should be at or around 10-15 degrees below your eyes. "Resting eye position"
If you feel uncomfortable right now it's ok. Your body begins to adapt. You can also try to squeeze your shoulders together and give your self a posture boost every hour.
