Dr. Hart has a passion for chiropractic care that stems from a life-changing chiropractic experience of his own when he was a child. The link between wellness of the body and wellness of the spine was clear to Dr. Hart at a young age. He has been passionate about chiropractic ever since. We know that chiropractic care is a piece to your wellness puzzle. Wellness reaches into more areas of our lives than we may think. While typically we relate wellness to healthcare and nutrition solely, it includes how we are spending our time, nurturing relationships, and reducing stress. Help us welcome Dr. Oscar Castro to the Hart Family Chiropractic team! His journey to chiropractic care is as inspiring as the dedication he brings to every patient.

Dr. Castro began his career studying medicine in the anesthesiology department, working closely with cancer pain patients. But after the loss of his beloved sister to breast cancer, he felt called to help people in a more holistic, hands-on way. That moment shifted his life’s direction — ultimately leading him to earn his chiropractic degree from the Los Angeles College of Chiropractic in 2005.

With dual degrees in Biology and Economics from UC Irvine, over 20 years of experience, and advanced training in full-body adjusting, muscle therapy, and nerve therapy, Dr. Castro has treated patients from newborn infants to elite professional athletes. No matter the age, fitness level, or ailment, he gives every patient his full attention and care.

Outside the office, Dr. Castro is an Ironman triathlete, bilingual in English and Spanish, and the youngest of 16 siblings — all raised in a close-knit, faith-filled family that shaped who he is today.
