Sarah Cawelti is a CAMTC certified massage practitioner who has been practicing massage since 2008. She combines several modalities to create an uniques service tailored to each clients specific needs. Sarah uses deep tissue and trigger point therapy to deeply penetrate muscle tissue allowing for deep release of tension, knots and scar tissue. In conjunction with swedish her service will relax and leave you in a zen state. Sarah discovered massage at the age of 12 while wondering around her local library. She started reading anything she could on the topic and practicing on anyone who would let her. Sarah went to massage school at the LA Vocational Institute in 2008 and became a trained massage therapist. Since school her love of massage has grown seeing how it helps heal not just the body but the mind and soul as well. She has been fortunate enough to work in a large variety of places from high end spas to chiropractic offices. This has allowed her to learn skills form deep relaxation to therapeutic massage. She has help people recover from injuries, manage chronic pain, supported women with the changes pregnancy brings and help people carve out a little time for themselves free of responsibility and obligation.
