Ran into this tempting tray during a meeting break🤤
Had breakfast at 8. Lunch was coming up at noon.

Would be easy to eat because it’s there (and everyone else was digging in). But I wasn’t hungry.

Food is everywhere.
That’s why paying attention matters more than trying to have willpower.
