β€’ Register and complete your YMCA orientation by January 31 to receive 5 FREE weeks at the Atchison YMCA.

β€’ Registration is open all through February.

β€’ All free YMCA memberships end March 7, regardless of when you register.

Do you prefer to work out on your own? That works too.

Just aim for 150 minutes of activity each weekβ€”at home, outdoors, or wherever you feel comfortable.

All participants should download the fitness log, track their weekly workout minutes, and bring the completed log with them to the 2K Fun Run/Walk on March 7.
