Boundaries are essential for each of us to interact with the world while keeping our sovereignty and stay on our aligned soul path.
Instead of allowing the outside world to enter our energy field and thus our mental and emotional bodies, we can be conscious “gate keepers” of these influences.
Many of us have been trained to do for others, give to others in an unbalanced way. There are times when it does not make us feel good yet we are challenged to say, “you are asking more of me than I can give at this time.”
Creating an energetic boundary with intention helps us manage our emotional state much more masterfully.
I invite you to follow along and use the conscious breath and the Qigong focus to build and maintain your energetic boundaries.
With practice, you can understand how to sense this in a physical way and then apply it to your interactions with the external world, especially in personal relationships.
If you can do it physically, it is easier to do it mentally and emotionally.
This helps us further if one integrates the internal energy concepts into our practices. We are then able to clear old patterns and habits and move into the next chapter of our lives with ease, balance and fulfillment.
