HRS staffers Katie Anderson, Tori Reed and Rhanda Cross recently took part in a Community Baby Shower on behalf of Meigs Outpatient Services. At this event, community mothers were provided assorted baby items. The moms and families present also enjoyed refreshments and were informed of local resources.

The Harm Reduction Clinic will be held at the Health Department, 278 West Union Street. A harm reduction clinic is held every Wednesday, 12:30-3PM. Anyone can pick up Naloxone at the clinic to use if someone they are with experiences an overdose. Naloxone (and training on how to administer it) is also available by appointment at the health department. Call us at 740-592-4431 to make an appointment or for more information.

The OhioHealth Substance Use Navigator will be offering services at the clinic.
