I want to take a moment to reflect on some exciting things that occurred last year! One of those things is a dear friend of mine completed her licensure for becoming a Licensed Professional Counselor. I’d love to officially congratulate Cindy Murphy on her accomplishment! I know I may be a little delayed in saying so, but I am so excited to see what the future will hold for you! Congratulations on your hard work!

It’s been a while since I have posted anything. The new year has brought many challenges and new adventures. I have been working diligently on the next steps for my practice, hence the reason for my absence lately. My new website will be launched soon and I am working on some other plans that I hope to share in the near future! Stay tuned!

Negative self-talk can be debilitating. Setting goals for what you want to achieve within yourself and in your life can help keep those negative thoughts at bay. Believe in yourself. You deserve it.

The foundation of my theraputic approach. He was a true pioneer in the field of psychology. Positive thoughts to his family and friends.

It was an answer to Freudian analysis: a pragmatic, thought-monitoring approach to treating anxiety, depression and other mental disorders, and it changed psychiatry.
