Athens Family Health Center is a Federally Qualified Health Center with a mission to Improve the Quality of Life in Our Community by Providing Access to Quality Healthcare Services. We will respond to any social media message during normal business hours. To protect your personal health information, we WILL NOT discuss any health information on social media. If you are an established patient and have an after-hours urgent medical need, please call us at (256) 533-6311. A provider is on-call after regular office hours and will return your call promptly. In case of a medical emergency, please do not wait and call 911. If you need to directly message your provider, we encourage you to use your patient portal account to conversate with him/her

In January 2000, Central North Alabama Health Services, Inc. (CNAHSI) opened a new health center in Athens, Alabama- Athens Family Health Center. Athens Family Health Center is strategically located at 1005 W. Market Street in Athens, Alabama, just a few blocks from Athens Limestone County Hospital. In early 2016, Central Health Care Athens changed its name to Athens Family Health Center.

(CNAHSI) is one of the largest accredited primary healthcare group practices in North Alabama, providing services to more than 100,000 residents of Madison, Limestone and Morgan counties over the past 35 years.
