Just to name a few from your friendly Family/Adolescent Med Doc caring for Gyn needs of young women…
➡️Hormones aren’t just for birth control
➡️Missing daily “life” due to period pain is NOT normal
➡️You can get birth control pills over the counter (just like plan b) but it only works if you take it
➡️The va**na is on the inside (not outside)
➡️Your teen needs confidential 1:1 time with their doctor, or another doctor who will
➡️BV (bacterial vaginosis) may be from your partner, not just the scented soap/body washes
➡️I don’t care if you shave or not, but I DO care if you’re over 21 & no pap smear yet!
