I think we could all use a little more kindness these days, so this giveaway is about showing someone else some love...
To enter this drawing, you are going to nominate someone - a friend, family member, co-worker, your favorite gas station attendant, anyone! - who you think deserves a little relaxation in their life, then you AND that special person will be entered to win! Nominate them by commenting on this original post. Tag the person you want to nominate and, if you feel so inclined, tell me a little bit about why you think they deserve a free massage!

Want to keep your nomination a secret? You can DM and it'll stay just between you and me 😊

My yoga teacher training schedule has changed so I've adjusted my hours to accommodate that. I will be available Wednesday evenings now, instead of Wednesday mornings.
