If there is something I can put fresh cilantro on.. I do! And not just a little 😉
Cilantro contains Glutathione, which is the strongest antioxidant that our body produces, it is produced by the liver and is involved in many of our body processes. Glutathione is involved in tissue building and repair, making chemicals and proteins needed in the body, and in immune system function. Antioxidants are so important to break down build up in our body, build up that causes disease. If you know me well enough you have seen me eating a bunch by itself 😂🍃🙏🏼✨
